- A deposit equal to the price of one night of your reservation is required for all reservations.
- In order to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations of your reservation must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your check-in time.
- All advanced purchase non-refundable reservations will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and will not be issued a refund for a cancellation.
- Guests who do not cancel their reservation nor check-in with-in 72 hours of their original check-in time will be charged a full night’s rate.
- Guest check-in time is 3:00 PM and any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Front Desk Manager and will be charged an additional fee accordingly.
- Guest check-out time is 11:00 AM and any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Front Desk Manager and will be charged an additional fee accordingly.
- Only registered guests with a valid form of identification will be issued an additional key or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in the case that room keys are misplaced or lost there is a USD 200.00 key replacement charge.
- There will be a minimum USD 100.00 damage fee charged for any room with damages or requires extra cleaning measures. A full price for damages and cleaning fees will be disclosed to the guest by Hotel management, and the guest will be charged accordingly.
- Rooms are allocated according to capacity. For health and safety reasons, the maximum number of persons allocated must NOT be exceeded in any circumstances. Unregistered guests are prohibited in hotel rooms after 12:00 am. In the event that unregistered guests are discovered on the premises after 12:00 am, the parties involved will be required to pay a fine of $200.00 per additional person and may be required to vacate the premises. The decision of hotel management in this matter is final.
- Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors. A fee deemed appropriate by hotel management for items found damaged or missing will be charged to the guest accordingly.
- Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on Hotel / premises will incur a USD 250.00 fine per occurrence, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.
- Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Columns Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
- In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on the guest registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
- Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
- Hotel management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
- I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the Hotel and agree to abide by them.

- Adjacent to the upper porch, our luxurious guest lounge is available for hotel guests to relax and enjoy the hotel amongst fellow hotel guests. *Guest lounge reservation is available for private events and is therefore not always open to hotel guests.

At this time, pets are not allowed inside the hotel unless registered as a certified service animal.
