1st (choice of)

Little Gem | sunflower seeds, bacon, pickled red onion, parmesan dressing

Chicken Gumbo | louisiana rice, green onion, file

Cucumber Gazpacho Soup | blue crab, dill

Apple & Endive Salad | pecan praline, manchego, dill, mint, buttermilk dressing

2nd (choice of)

Shrimp and Grits | onion, bacon, thyme

Hanger Steak and Eggs | caramelized onion, frites, sunny-side egg

French Toast | fig-mixed berry maple jam, mascarpone, candied pecans

Desserts (choice of)

Flourless Chocolate cake or Key Lime Cheese cake
