- All guest rooms are located on the second and third floors of the 1880s Mansion
- Access via the original mahogany stairwell
- All guest rooms have been restored and modernized in an eclectic, warm, residential style with nod of theatrics
- All suites are located on the second floor towards the front of the property towards St Charles Avenue with Grand Chambres located towards the rear
- The third floor is comprised of a mix of Grand Chambers and Petite Chambres
- All guest rooms have en suite baths with the Suites having clawfoot tub / shower and Grand / Petite Chambres having showers
- Bath fixtures are Waterworks.
- Guestrooms sizes, Suites (450SF – 900SF), Grand Chambres (250SF), Petite Chambres (225SF)
- Second floor ceiling heights are 15ft, Third floor ceiling heights are 10ft
- All guest rooms are furnished with antique and vintage pieces individually sourced from both around the world locations to objects found in the attic. The lighting is a mix of repurposed / restored to modern pieces all tailored to meet the unique room configurations and scale
- All guest rooms have Le Labo Toiletries, Parachute Linens and Towels, and Custom Mattresses
- All guest rooms have Tivoli Audio
- All guest rooms have a curated spirits selection
- In room / on demand Food and Beverage is available through our custom smart ordering platform
- The majority of the guest rooms have King Beds with the exception of one room that has two Queen Beds (which can be adjoined to a suite) and one petite chambre on the 3rd floor with a queen bed.
